What if I need to reschedule? No problem, an appointment confirmation email was sent to you, you can reschedule through that email, or feel free to just reach out to us directly at info@prolinkedi.com.

What should I prepare for the call? This call is mainly just to get to know your needs. Just know which retailers or distributors you need to be compliant with, and what system you currently use (ERP, accounting, or none). Please have any decision-makers on the call, as the next step would be to remote access your system to see what all would be needed for you to get you an accurate quote.

What happens after the call?
We’ll prepare a quote based on Trading Partners, document volume, hosting vs integration, and any customizations needed (mapping, reports, notifications).

How much does this cost? Our model is usage-based — you only pay for what you use. Unlike other providers, we don’t lock you into bloated monthly minimums. We bill on the monthly basis.

Are there hidden fees? No. Our pricing is transparent with flat rates and no surprises. We bill on a monthly basis.

How long does it take to get compliant? Most suppliers are live in just a few days, depending on retailer requirements.

Will this work with my ERP or accounting system? Yes. We integrate with most major ERPs and platforms, and can adapt to custom setups as well.

What if I don’t have an ERP yet? That’s fine — we can still get you compliant and help you grow into a system later.

Will I have customer support? Yes, you'll speak to real people and get real answers/solutions — you’ll always speak with a real expert, not a ticketing bot.

What if something breaks? We provide ongoing monitoring and proactive support to ensure your transactions flow smoothly. If an issue arises, our team is on it immediately.
